The LifeuCoach programme is an 16 x 1 hour session course, held at That’s Better in Wellington, NZ. These sessions are also available by skype.

What do I need to bring ?

Pen, action book/diary and an open mind.

Commitment to change. (There is a small amount of homework to do on a weekly basis. You need to be fully committed to attend the sessions and complete the homework. If you are not ready to commit to changing 100%  then I would strongly suggest to not take the course.
